Multi- Strand Freshwater Pearl Necklace

I made this necklace whilst I was away with work in Aberdeen !! I travel regularly with my Job and have started to take beads, wirer's, pliers away with me for something to do in the evening. How sad is that !!!

Whilst travelling in July to Belfast, I was stopped and searched under the terrorism act on Paddington Station. They did not however find my travelling tool kit which was in my suitcase (going into the hold of the plane)and beads, until I pointed this out to them !!

I bought the freshwater pearls and end cones for this project from the Bead Show held at Sandown Park on the 1st December.

Turquoise Memory Wire Bracelet inset with Swaroski Crystals

Another memory wire bracelet. This version is made up of three different types of small beads in order to recreate the impression of having more than one bracelet on your wrist and then inset with crystals.

I cannot believe another week has passed us by in the lead up to Christmas. I try and update this blog weekly with my new creations. you will find that I have had added another three new projects both in the photo's on this blog but also shown on the slide show.

I have another blog in the pipe line which will concentrate on Pearls and more creative bead projects.
